Space Rentals at Attacca

Rent the historic and beautiful venue of Attacca School of Music at 63 Trapelo Road right outside the heart of Cushing Square in Belmont MA. Our newly constructed performance room and classrooms are available for rent on Sundays outside regular lessons and programming.

Our performance room can be used for small recitals, concerts, rehearsals and recordings and our class rooms can be used for long term contracts for teaching lessons, practicing, or rehearsals.

In addition to the features mentioned below, our facility has two waiting rooms and a spacious open floor plan, central cooling and heat, all new and meticulously maintained Kawaii pianos, music stands, chairs, two restrooms, and is a walkable distance to the vibrant Cushing Square with shops and restaurants. Please note, this historic building is not ADA accessible.

Performance Room

Our beautifully designed performance room is the perfect venue for small recitals, recordings, and chamber music events.

Acoustic curtains line the room for flexible sound control depending on instrument/s or sound goals
Room flexibly fits seating up to 35 people with double doors closed
With double doors opened, concert seating can be extended into the main corridor for up to 45 seat total
Flexible lighting for preference of event
Green Room available for use inside performance space - capacity up to 6 people.

RENTAL RATES:

$100/hour for single hour rentals (for rehearsals or recordings)
$75/hour for 2+ hours bookings (for recitals or performance events)
For whole building rentals please contact us with your specific request to discuss pricing details.
For recitals and/or performance events, a $25/hour onsite manager fee will apply and will include event setup and breakdown.

Classrooms & Practice Rooms

Classroom and practice room rentals are available on Sundays - outside of usual lesson/programming at Attacca - for only long term rental contracts for teaching lessons, regular rehearsals, or practicing. Classrooms could also be rented in addition to the performance room for larger events or auditions. Please see below for individual room details and prices.
