Private Lessons: Guitar

Whether your child is eager to strum their first chords, you're exploring a new creative outlet, or you're returning to music after time away, these stringed instruments offer a rewarding way to build musical skills. With their versatility across styles from classical, to jazz, electric, pop and folk - guitar and ukulele are perfect for developing rhythm, coordination, and a lifelong love of playing solo and in groups!

  • For students under 6 years old - we require at least one semester of Group Dalcroze Class before transitioning to private lessons.​

What We Offer:

  • Rolling Enrollment: Anytime

  • One-on-one weekly instruction

  • Youth Lessons:

    • Ages 6+ Ukulele

    • Ages 7+ Guitar

  • Adult Lessons: Ages 18+

  • 16 (Weekend)-17 (Weekday) lessons in a semester

  • 30, 45, or 60 minute lesson length 

  • Fall Semester: September-Mid January, Spring Semester: Late January-Mid June

  • Learn about private lesson tuition and policies

What Tuition Includes:

  • 34 (Weekday) or 32 (Weekend) private lessons per academic year

  • Semi-annual recitals (two per academic year)

  • Participation in Performance Hours (4–5 per year)

  • 10% Discount on enrollment chamber music

  • Waived registration fee for all group classes/programs
