Private Lessons: Violin & Viola

The beauty of violin and viola captivates the heart of listeners! Violin and Viola students enjoy a curriculum that helps them to reach their goals while also build friendship in chamber ensembles, school/district orchestras, as well as competitive groups like BYSO and rivers orchestras. Attacca violin and viola students regularly participate in and achieve high accolades in competitions like MICLOT, Sempre, Rivers, and more!

  • For students under 6 years old - we require at least one semester of Group Dalcroze Class before transitioning to private lessons.

What We Offer:

  • Rolling Enrollment: Anytime

  • One-on-one weekly instruction

  • Youth Lessons: Ages 6+

  • Adult Lessons: Ages 18+

  • 16 (Weekend)-17 (Weekday) lessons in a semester

  • 30, 45, or 60 minute lesson length 

  • Fall Semester: September-Mid January, Spring Semester: Late January-Mid June

  • Learn about private lesson tuition and policies

What Tuition Includes:

  • 34 (Weekday) or 32 (Weekend) private lessons per academic year

  • Semi-annual recitals (two per academic year)

  • Participation in Performance Hours (4–5 per year)

  • 10% Discount on enrollment chamber music

  • Audition, Seating Placement, & Competition Preparation

  • Waived registration fee for all group classes/programs
