Youth Chamber Music

Youth Chamber Music
Ages 7+ (Intermediate & Up)

Chamber Music is some of the richest and most beautiful in the repertoire! Students will build the tools needed to work as a unit - listening, cueing, communicating - as well as strengthen the skills needed for solo playing - rhythm, timing, pulse, etc. Coaches will help them to harmonize together to bring their pieces to life!​

Program Overview: 

  • Groups of 2-4 Students (All Instruments Welcome)

  • Students will be paired with others of similar age and level to learn 1 or 2 pieces over the session

  • Final concert for all groups at the each of each session (Fall & Spring)

  • Rehearsals are 60 or 90 minutes in length depending on age and difficulty of repertoire 

    • 60 Minutes = 60 Minute Coaching (coaches are present for entire rehearsal)​

    • 90 Minutes =  60 Minute Coaching + 30 Minute Student Led Group Practice Time

Tuition: Based on Length 

  • 60 Minutes - $450 per 10 week session

  • 90 Minute - $495 per 10 week session

  • 10% discount given to students already enrolled in private lessons at Attacca​​​​

​

Requirements:

  • Students must be actively taking private lessons (in or outside of Attacca) on their performing instrument to join.

    • This program is not meant to be a replacement for private instrument study​

  • Students new to Attacca must submit an audition tape on their registration form - please review the submission guidelines below for submitting an audition video 

Fall 2026 Youth Chamber Music

Ages 7+

Length: 60 or 90 minute classes

Fall 2026 Session: 9/26/2026-12/5/2026

Schedule: Saturdays 3-8pm

Audition Process for New Students to Attacca:​

  • In order to be properly placed, each registering student who is not a current student will be asked to submit a recording of their YouTube link audition through the registration form 

  • Audition tapes should be shared via a YouTube "unlisted" link  and listed on registration form​​

  • Please review the audition requirements below to prepare properly for your audition:

Requirements For Individual Levels:​

  • ​Early Intermediate:

    • 1 octave scale of choice

    • 1 solo piece showcasing technical abilities  ​

  • Late Intermediate/Advanced:

    • 2-3 octave scale of choice 

    • 1 solo piece showcasing technical abilities
